***Updated: 2026 Michelin Guide Restaurants in Mallorca or 2026 Palma-specific Michelin restaurants

The Michelin Guide Ceremony for Spain 2025 was held in November of 2024, in Murcia. While there were no new restaurants added to the guide from Mallorca, there are many exceptional restaurants that retained their well deserved Michelin standing (which is not a guarantee year to year).

While Michelin Stars focus solely on rating the quality of food from 1 to 3 stars, and Bib Gourmand focuses on restaurants offering the best value for money, Michelin Recommended means a restaurant has been recognized by the Guide for serving food to a high level but hasn’t yet been awarded. The Michelin Green Star is awarded every year to restaurants that uphold outstanding sustainable and eco-friendly culinary practices.
