Mallorca: 2026 Michelin Guide Restaurants: Stars+Recommended

For Mallorca, we are pleased to share that each of last year’s restaurants that were awarded Michelin stars remain on the list. PLUS - congratulations to Terrae, having been awarded a NEW Michelin Green Star; these are bestowed on restaurants that uphold outstanding sustainable and eco-friendly culinary practices.

Outside of Palma, most of the restaurants are closed during the slow season, reservations will open from March / April until October / mid-November - with the exception of Terrae (open until December, closed Jan-Mar).

Restaurants in Palma are open year-round.

To be recommended, means that a restaurant has been recognized by the Guide for serving food at an extremely high level, but has yet to be awarded a star distinction.

Bib Gourmand is an award in its own right, the distinction focuses on restaurants offering the best value for money.
